What we build and back

Three products, three different jobs.

Symphony orchestrates complex B2B deals. Phoenix is a standalone job-search platform for candidates and outplacement agencies. GNR8 is a marketing department in one platform for small businesses. Each one stands on its own; we will tell you straight if none of them fit what you actually need.

Symphony

Complex buying groups struggle to decide. Symphony helps them move.

For B2B sales teams selling into buying committees of 8 or more people, where deals stall for months and nobody can tell you why.

Symphony's Value Alignment Model, scoring a deal across strategic objective, current state, risks and deal health

Complex sales is broken in a specific, measurable way. The biggest threat to a pipeline is not the competitor. It is the buyer’s inability to decide. Buying committees have grown from 5-7 stakeholders to 8-13, and 38-60% of deals now end without a decision rather than being lost outright.

Symphony is built to close that gap - buyer orchestration: moving a whole buying group forward together, not chasing one champion and hoping the rest follow.

Who it’s for

Symphony is built for the people who own the number and the process: heads of sales, sales directors, VPs of Sales and Chief Revenue Officers, revenue and sales-operations leaders, and the founder or managing director still close to the biggest deals. If you run a team that keeps losing months to stalled buying committees, this is aimed at you.

How Symphony works

  • Document-to-deal creation - automatically extracts a working deal from RFPs, call transcripts and board packs, so the deal exists in Symphony before anyone types a thing.
  • Value Alignment Model + Deal Health scoring - a live read on where the deal actually stands, not a stage in a pipeline someone forgot to update.
  • TEAMS stakeholder analysis - profiles every person in the buying committee, not just the champion.
  • Power Plays - AI-generated, contextual messaging for the specific stakeholder and moment, not a generic template.
  • 24/7 AI Coach - voice-interactive, available whenever the seller needs the next move, not just in the weekly pipeline review.

Supporting tools include The Pit (qualification framework), Close Plans (milestone tracking) and cumulative document intelligence across the life of the deal. Symphony shows up most often in complex sales involving a committee, such as healthcare networks, government agencies, defence contractors, utilities providers, mining operators, large retail groups and manufacturers. These examples show where large buying committees are common. They are not a literal target list. The real qualifier is a committee of eight or more stakeholders, not the sector.

Where it’s not a fit

Symphony earns its keep on long, multi-stakeholder deals. It is not the right tool if your deals close in a single conversation with one decision-maker, if your sales cycle is under a month, or if you do not yet have a repeatable sales motion to strengthen. Fewer, bigger, slower deals are where it pays for itself.

On one tender alone

Run against a single real tender response, Symphony:

  • Saved more than 40 hours of review and drafting time
  • Surfaced 20 risks a human reviewer had missed
  • Generated 30 clarification questions in under an hour
  • Flagged more than 50 contract red lines the human review had missed

Built on 35 years of enterprise sales experience, SOC 2 Type II certified, with per-account isolated workspaces and no vendor lock-in.

Phoenix

The job search platform that works like a career coach, not a job board.

For two groups - job seekers tired of tailoring the same resume fifty times, and outplacement or placement agencies who want a branded tool to run their own caseload through.

Phoenix's job-application screen on desktop and mobile, showing a resume gap check and a scored job match

Job seekers are buried in noise: job boards return thousands of “matches” that aren’t matches at all, and tailoring a resume and cover letter for each one takes hours. Outplacement consultants have the opposite problem - their value is judgement and coaching, but most of their time goes to chasing status updates instead of doing that work.

Phoenix is a multi-tenant, white-label job-search platform originally built as a personal job scanner, with tenancy added on top so outplacement and placement agencies can sell it as their own branded product.

How Phoenix works

  • Intelligent intake - a short onboarding wizard captures the public resume, the unredacted master resume, career context that never makes it onto a resume, and a motivation profile, so every job is evaluated against the real candidate.
  • Daily job aggregation - a fresh search runs every morning across Adzuna and Greenhouse-powered company career pages, with AI-generated search synonyms and a junk-title blocklist to keep results relevant.
  • Multi-dimension AI scoring - every job is scored on skill match, seniority fit, industry relevance, differentiators and culture fit, with a salary estimate and company pay-tier read. Candidates can focus on the roles that matter instead of applying everywhere.
  • Gap-scan before generation - before writing a resume, Phoenix surfaces the specific blind spots a job description exposes and asks the candidate directly, rather than inventing claims.
  • Tailored resume and cover letter in under a minute - a completely customised resume and cover letter for every individual job, generated in the candidate’s own voice, with a validation pass that is structurally barred from introducing any figure or claim that wasn’t in the source material. Testing shows that tailoring at this level lifts recruiter response rates by more than 50% compared to sending the same resume to every job.
  • One-click apply - sent from the candidate’s own Gmail so replies land naturally in their inbox, or packaged for ATS portals and LinkedIn Easy Apply.
  • Consultant dashboard - a live caseload view, read-only candidate drill-down, and two-way messaging with full job context attached, so coaching becomes a real-time conversation instead of a monthly status call.

Phoenix is white-label end to end - custom domain, logo, and brand colours per agency, with tenant isolation enforced at the database layer. As of the most recent product documentation, the platform is shipped and in active testing with its first external agency tenant; broader rollout and per-tenant billing are on the roadmap.

GNR8

A whole marketing team in your pocket, for the price of a coffee a day.

For small businesses that can't afford a marketing department, or an agency retainer, but still need content, ads, and outreach going out every week.

Visit GNR8open_in_new
GNR8's outreach screen matching companies and decision-makers for a plain-language brief

A real marketing department is a strategist, a designer, a social manager, a media buyer, a prospector, an email marketer, and a researcher - a team most small businesses can’t hire. GNR8 puts that whole department in one platform, built by Automation Expert, for a fraction of an agency retainer.

GNR8 does the three jobs a marketing team does: makes the content, runs the ads, and goes out and finds customers who’d never have found the business on their own.

How GNR8 works

  • Content, on brief - ads, story carousels, voiceover videos, guide carousels, and newsletters, written, designed, and laid out on-brand from one short brief, ready to download and post.
  • Ads that find the right buyers - audience targeting and creative for Meta, so ad budget stops getting burned reaching the wrong people (Google and LinkedIn are on the roadmap).
  • Outbound outreach - finds the businesses worth chasing, researches each one for a genuine way in, and reaches them by email, LinkedIn, text, or voice - washed against the Do Not Call Register, with follow-up that keeps going until they reply. Currently in early access.
  • One ranked action centre - every outbound outcome lands in a single list so the business knows exactly who to chase next and what it’s worth.
  • Brand kit and strategy captured once - audience, angle, and brand applied consistently across everything the platform makes.

Content and ads are live today, running for real accounts. Outbound is in early access, being worked hands-on with each business’s first campaign before wider self-serve rollout. GNR8 is Automation Expert’s own product, built and operated by TEAMSolutions Group.

On average, GNR8 gives a business owner back around 8 hours a week in admin and marketing, and saves them more than $1,000 a month they’d otherwise spend on third-party marketing and advertising.
